My garage door broke at 4:50 PM and I couldn't get my car out of the garage. Steve was there first thing at 8:00 AM the next morning. He FIXED the door immediately! No parts needed no "new door" needed. They were timely, honest and FAIR pricing. This is the ONLY company I will ever use and recommend (and we have used several over the years!). When do you ever have a service contractor give you the bill at the end and you don't feel taken advantage of ??? I wish every company would operate with this amount of professionalism and integrity! We recently purchased a home that had the business sticker of Garage Doors Repair Tech on the opener. The opener was working fine and all of a sudden was having problems opening and closing. So we called the number on the sticker and the gal (cannot remember her name) helped us trouble shoot the problem first and without any success in resolving the problem she booked us an appointment the next day (today) and Steve came over. He called to let us know he could come earlier but we didn't get the message until it was too late. He called again to confirm the appointment and that he was a few minutes away. He was professional and very helpful with any questions we had...which were a lot. He was finished in no time with the opener working. Yeah! We were thoroughly impressed with the service. We needed additional help with the new seal on the bottom of the door. My husband took off the original and bought a new one at Home Depot. He took a look at the door and he offered to help with that as well. It would have taken us 1/2 a day to do what he did in a very short time!
